We handle the everyday plumbing that keeps a house running — installing faucets and fixtures, chasing down leaks, replacing worn shutoff valves and supply lines, repairing or swapping toilets, and servicing or replacing water heaters. A lot of what we fix around San Diego is the slow leak nobody noticed: a dripping shutoff, a running toilet, a supply line that's been weeping under a sink long enough to warp the cabinet floor. Caught early it's a quick fix; ignored, it turns into a rot-and-mold problem behind the wall.

San Diego's hard water is tough on fixtures and water heaters — mineral buildup shortens the life of valves, aerators, and heating elements. We swap out the parts that have scaled up, install the fixtures you've picked, and make sure the connections are clean and leak-free before we leave. New shutoff valves are cheap insurance; we replace the old multi-turn valves that seize up right when you need them.
