Flooring Installation

A floor is only as good as what's under it. We pull the old flooring, inspect the subfloor for soft spots or unevenness, and level it before anything new goes down. Skip that step and you get flex, gaps, and squeaks no matter how nice the product is. On San Diego's older slab and raised-foundation homes alike, that prep is what separates a clean install from one that telegraphs every imperfection.

We install luxury vinyl plank, laminate, tile, and engineered hardwood. LVP is the popular choice here for good reason — durable, waterproof, and forgiving, which makes it a strong fit for kitchens, baths, and high-traffic areas. For tile, we set it on the right substrate with proper thinset and sealed grout. For hardwood and laminate, we let the material acclimate to the house before install so it doesn't move after it's down.

The finish work is what separates a clean install from an amateur one — tight transitions at doorways, thresholds that sit flush, and baseboard or quarter-round that hides the expansion gap without pinning the floor. We handle all of it and haul the old material away, so you walk back into a finished room.
